I remember the Cyberdemon level being outdoors. There was a wall around, but I can remember seeing some mountains in the distance. Anyway, it was a long time ago.

Well, there are two Cyberdemons, in Doom and in Doom 2, right? One of then (probably Doom 2) was a indoor fight, I'm mostly sure of it. But really a long time ago.
